I believe…

What do I believe?

I believe it’s possible for anyone to overcoming overeating habits no matter what gender, race, age, or where you live. No matter where you live, what your childhood was like, what your parents taught you, what other people say about you, or what you may tel yourself, I believe anyone can overcoming binge eating.

I believe that even if you’ve tried over and over to diet or control your eating and failed, you can still overcoming binge eating for the rest of your life.

I believe that even though you may have doubts because of your past results, you can definitely overcome binge eating.

I believe you can overcoming binge eating and the yo-yo dieting even if you’ve tried every diet on the planet possible and the scale hasn’t budged.


Why do I believe this?

Because I’ve done it and I know you can too.


If you are willing to:

• believe in yourself
• trust yourself
• pick yourself up if you fall
• ask for guidance and advice as well as do the advice
• continue to remind yourself constantly throughout the day “why” you want to stop overeating and create your ideal body
• remind yourself daily how you want to feel and be as a person
• remind yourself daily that you can be that person
• tell yourself that you are that ideal person
• become that ideal person (the one who has control over food, the confident one, the one who inspires others, the one who eats healthy because you want to, the one who exercises every day and amazes yourself and others)

The decision is in your hand. You just have to believe.
