Actions Steps:

(write these out for the best results)

1) Identify your triggers.
- what emotions, times of the day, actions cause you to binge eat

2) Decide right now what you will do to reverse those triggers
- for each trigger write a different reversal
- this is how you prepare yourself so that when you do feel
an urge come on you know what to do

3) Write down your success!
- if you focus on the good, more good will come to you
